Muscle and Hustle LLC sells management, booking, and crew services to moving companies in Colorado. Your customers call your number, hear your company's name, and sign your paperwork. We do the work behind it.

Moving your own home? We don't sell moves to the public or transport household goods. Hire a mover that holds a Colorado PUC permit.

Front office

Management services · flat monthly fee

We answer, quote, book, schedule, and follow up, using your rate card and your accounts.

Calls and messages: We answer your line in your company's name and return missed calls and written inquiries.
Quotes and booking: We quote from your rate card and take payment through your processor. You set the prices and approve any discount above an agreed limit.
Scheduling: We build the schedule, confirm each move with the customer a day ahead, and line up the crew.
Reviews: We check in after every move and send every customer the same review invitation. We never write, buy, filter, or reward reviews.
Brand and ads: We keep your profiles current and post truthful content. You approve any claim about price, insurance, licensing, or guarantees, and we spend only inside the monthly ad budget you set.
Monthly report: By the 10th: jobs booked and completed, response times, cancellations and causes, claims, ad spend against budget, and review invitations sent.

Crews

Crew services · billed per completed job

Send a request. If we accept it, a full crew arrives inside the window.

The request: Date, arrival window, origin and destination, crew size, and any of your equipment the crew will use. By text or email.
Yes or no: We accept or decline every request in writing, so you always know which jobs are covered.
The movers: We find, vet, and pay the movers. You work with one business contact, not a roster.
Your paperwork: You stay the mover of record: your permit, your estimate, your bill of lading.
Safety: You can remove anyone from your job or truck on the spot for a safety reason. We arrange the replacement.
Incidents: We report any safety incident, property damage, or crew shortfall to you within one hour of learning of it. Our agreement sets what we owe if a crew is late, short, or absent.

Independent movers

Pick the jobs · agree on the fee

We work with independent movers and moving crews. You decide which jobs you take.

The offer: We post each job with the scope, addresses, arrival window, and a fixed fee.
Your answer: Accept it, pass on it, or counter. We consider every counter.
Your crew: Lead movers can take a whole-crew job and bring and pay their own helpers.
Your setup: Bring your own hand tools. No uniforms, set schedules, or minimum availability.
Pay: Weekly, per job, to your business name if you have one.
Who gets offered: We offer jobs based on price, availability, qualifications, and track record.
